Atomizer design criteria include:
Location
For best results the atomizer orifice should be centrally located
inside the manifold or intake tube. Ovoid directing the ether spray
onto internal walls and/or partitions inside the mounting location
to avoid “puddling” of the ether.
Plumbing
For best results use the shortest route using the fewest bends in
the tubing. Route tubing away from sources of heat, excessive vibration
and areas where physical environmental damage could occur.
Fitting(s)
Quick Start offers a complete line of NPT, Inch STOR and Metric/ISO
STOR fittings.
Orientation
Now that you have selected the Location, Plumbing and your Fittings,
the next step is ether spray orientation. For best results always
direct the ether spray directly into the on-coming air stream. This
will provide for the optimum atomization and ether coverage through
out the internal air intake system.
